Noah - Founder & Production Manager
Hey Noah here! I'm a recent Lancaster County transplant, born and raised in Harrisburg PA. When I'm not assembling lighting fixtures and sipping coffee during daytime hours, you can probably find me writing or performing music in a few local bands, lost in a bookstore searching for the philosophy section, or trying to introduce my daughter to the magic of 70's singer-songwriter records. Being a part of the creation of Ad Meliora has been a special opportunity to practice making art slowly, and intentionally craft something meant to be enjoyed intentionally by others. And of course, it's been a great opportunity to share in a creative pursuit with two of the most artistic people I know. I'm excited to see where this venture will take us, and to connect with other local artisans and creators in the process!
Amy - Founder & Operations Manager
Amy here! I grew up in Lancaster County and have always appreciated the artisanal culture in the area. As a very hands-on person, I enjoy creating art, cooking for friends, and playing musical instruments in my free time. I met Alianna in high school, and we were always bouncing ideas off of one another for the next project. This led to starting Ad Meliora Co with her and Noah years later after working for small businesses and developing skills in sales and cost estimating. I wanted to combine my love for creating with the business knowledge I acquired. Starting a business has given me the opportunity to put what I make out into the world and build connections through entrepreneurship.
Alianna - Founder and Social Media/Marketing Manager
Hey ya'll, Alianna here! I am a Lancaster native and a first time mom. I have always been a incredibly creative person with many passions across multiple different art forms. Some of those being reading, writing, and content creation. For many years I've been a full time mechanic / vehicle sales person helping my dad run his business. In early 2026 I brought my daughter into the world and was excited by the idea of building something from the ground up myself. Ad Meliora is hopefully that start for me and I'm encouraged to see where things may go!
